Edgewater Crossing was located in the highly-desirable town of Edgewater just outside of downtown Denver, the community was the perfect balance between convenience and comfort. Offering well designed stylish modern 2-story townhomes and paired homes each with spacious open concept living, fenced-in yards and available basements. A tranquil central park is the heart of the community along with amble green spaces.
Iron Works Village
Iron Works Village was a trend-setting, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood located just south of Denver, tucked in the heart of Englewood. Wide front porches invited a nostalgic, small-town feeling, all within walking distance of the RTD Light Rail.
